Training for me!

I have fun news for today! I registered for a 3-week pre-field missionary training course through MTI (Missionary Training International). MTI is located between Denver and Colorado Springs. It should be beautiful. I’m very excited to gain some formal training and education in the missions field. In the past, I’ve sort of just figured it out the best I could. All of the details feel like they’re coming together.

The past few months have been hard. I felt like progress had stalled out and I was discouraged. My trip to Sunbeam, during Spring Break, was a great source of encouragement. I observed a lot of positive changes – clean hall, dorms smelling better, the boys bathing more often, and less chaos. The new Director has invested a lot of energy in changing things for the better.
Slowly, it's coming togther. =)
