Over 400

The Government assigned Case Worker (like social worker) was here for some meetings today. I had the chance to ask a question that's been on my mind for a while. All of our boys share this one Case Worker and I wanted to know how many children were on his caseload. He told me, "over 400."

Assuming caseloads are relatively equal, for the entire population of children in residential facilities such as ours, there are maybe 8 case workers. Please pray for these people. 400 children, each with stories of abuse, neglect, poverty, and brokenness. May they somehow be able to see each child on their caseload as an individual and not become desensitized to their pain and need.
